About the event
MBSR is an evidence-based, 8-week program to teach you mindfulness practices and help you integrate them into your life. This training is great for beginners and those who have been practicing mindfulness but want support in making it a way of being and a daily practice rather than a once-in-a-while activity. Group includes 8 weekly 2.5-hour classes and one half-day retreat.
